Reactions to the Death
They are open to anyone, literally. Go wild.
Threads in Time
Well, basically for Chiaki any thread she's in is before her death, obviously. If there are any threads made after her death, well, we'll keep them to a minimum, but they are still possible. If you want a thread based before the death, well simply just mention it was before the death. Or if you make one after the death, you can mention it was after Chiaki's death. Before Chiaki's death threads will eventually slowly close up in time to make them, but for now don't worry about it.
The Trial
It'll be an upcoming Saturday at 10AM CST (Approximately, maybe 9AM depending on schedules), on Skype. You don't have to be in the trial to investigate, you can investigate and then RP sharing what you found and having your character unable to participate due to circumstances. If you can't make it, that's fine.
Investigation
You can have investigation partners, and it is even encouraged strongly. In fact, non-participants in the trials can investigate, or even just walk in while someone is searching for RP fun. For example, someone is looking in Root's room, Root could walk in and be angry about it or something.
The Story
The school's reputation as a safe place for ultimates is highly important to them and the community. To keep this murder under wraps, it was deemed a suicide by the school and the authorities. Many buy the story, but there are some who believe that it wasn't investigated far enough. And so, Kyo Tsukino, a member of a mysterious organization called Future Foundation, decides to gather a group of concerned students to help him investigate the death of Chiaki Nanami. There will be a thread after reactions where all the investigation/trial participants will meet with Kyo before breaking into teams for investigation.
